Campus Heights
Directly adjacent to the Penn State Harrisburg campus, Campus Heights is a 444-person, ALL STUDENT facility, specifically built for PSU students. Residents have a choice of a four-person suite with four bedrooms and two baths and a shared kitchen and living room OR a four-person rooftop loft-style unit with four bedrooms, four baths, four living rooms, and a shared kitchen area. All units are fully furnished with a full-sized bed, desk with study carrel and light, desk chair, dresser, coffee table, flat screen HD TV, entertainment stand, dining room table and four bistro style chairs (suite style only). Each apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, including a full-sized range/oven and refrigerator. All Campus Height residents enjoy FREE laundry facilities in each building, ample FREE parking, 24-hour video camera surveillance, an on-site, after-hours security force, a pool, and a spacious two-story student clubhouse, complete with a gym.

|Recommended: YesPretty good, few downsides — It's nice but floors are thin, very easy to hear be heard by neighbors. Upgrade over on campus housing with better furniture and more space. Parking can be a nightmare with tight spots although not limited some just aren't convenient for your building probably best just to find a good spot and walk to and from campus. With a fairly short walk to the main buildings it's not bad when the weather is nice but you wouldn't want to walk it in a storm. Clubhouse is very nice and well taken care of. The key fob system for door locks and buildings is nice and very easy to use, nicer than traditional keys.

For residents who are concerned about the floors producing too much noise, we do like to recommend looking into area rugs since they can help cushion footsteps better. But we are happy that you consider are housing to be a suitable upgrade overall, and that you are enjoying our clubhouse and secure key fob system as much as we do!

|Recommended: NoI was disappointed — the common area kitchen was so dirty, for example there is lot of mold in the cabinet, expired food and other stuff. Also, when i entered into the apartment it smelled so bad, and the vents of the apartment were dirty and disgusting. if someone have an asthma she he will be severely damaged.
Thank you for your review Rand. Since you're living in a unit that did have a resident renewal, it may not have been as clean as a completely empty apartment. Unfortunately, because you never turned in the move-in review that we provide new residents with for the purpose of rectifying situations like this upon move-in date, we were unaware of this situation until you notified us around 10:00 pm last night. Now that we have been made aware of this, and we have maintenance requests submitted, we can now address any concerns that you have! Please be patient with us while we work to rectify them, and then hopefully we can reassess everything after we do so.

|Recommended: YesNice Complex — This is a nice complex. Nice roomy closet with door and plenty of hanging storage area. Room is not as pictured though. Bed just fits in space allotted, sitting area is extremely cramped for our student. Cannot fit coffee table in same room as TV, loveseat, desk as it should be. Cannot move desk to bed area, not enough room. Door to room opens to sidewall of bathroom which takes up most of sitting area. Other student room in same suite had a much bigger sitting area fitting all furniture. Kitchen area is very nice galley kitchen, could use one more cabinet for 4th student sharing area, but overall nice cabinets drawers, stove, sink, fridge, subway tile shelf over sink, nice granite countertop. Bathroom is very nice, but needed to clean hair fingerprints off door, sink, shower tub--considering it is beginning of semester year, this place should have been bleach wiped with pandemic going on, let alone it just being move in time. I will say that I liked it little better than where other student of ours attended in Fla., he did not have a closet with door, just a small wire shelf with room for hangers shared bath with one other student not bad , he had a much bigger shared common area though with a small island with stools, and slightly bigger kitchen area. Please be aware that this complex does not have an elevator though. Move in was still not that bad walking 3 flights , not as hot humid as Fla. Check in could have been run more smoothly, took our student 45 minutes to get key to room with only one person working that at time. Cannot comment on staff myself, or maintenance staff as we have only just moved in. Overall though this is a very nice, adequately maintained complex from the look of things. We hope our student will have a great experience want to come back for final year. I would recommend for 1st through last year students.

|Recommended: YesBest Apartment Community In Middletown — The rooms are so clean and well structured, lots of closet space and the kitchen and living room is where classic meets comfort. I love it here, I’d recommend anyone to get a lease, even the amenities are amazing
