College Station
College Station is a 200-person, ALL STUDENT facility, specifically built for Penn State Abington students. Each student has their own private bedroom, as part of a four-bedroom, fully-furnished unit. Each bedroom includes a full-sized bed, desk with study carrel and light, and chair, as well as a dresser. Each living room includes two full-sized leather couches, a coffee table, a 55" flatscreen HD TV, as well as an entertainment stand. There is also a dining room and four bistro style chairs in each apartment. Each apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, including a full-sized range/oven and refrigerator. There is a laundry room on each floor of the building, with coin-operated washers and dryers for tenant use only. There is a FREE CAMPUS SHUTTLE that begins running at 7:30AM and continues each hour, on the half hour, throughout the entire school day and into the evening hours, to accommodate anyone taking night classes as well. The property also has FREE PARKING for all tenants, and is under 24-hour video camera surveillance.

|Recommended: YesSimple Yet Comfortable — The furniture and layout of the unit is very simple but it gives you a huge canvas to make it your own for the time you're here All the appliances work well and are exactly what you need. Walls between rooms are not too thin but if you are in the living room, people can hear your conversations from the hallway.
There's a huge amount of room in terms of storage. The only problem is the layout of the living room It's a little cramped in some of the units where the sofas face the corner of the room. The easy situation is to just move some stuff around if it bothers you
The maintenance people are very nice and will help you with any problem that comes up. The staff at the office is also very nice and kind

The apartments are great and having a private bedroom is perfect for online learning and studying. The building is clean and reasonably quiet and everyone that works here is friendly and professional.

|Recommended: YesParents, College Station Is Ready for New Normal — All the staff are very patient and nice. Especially Khalil He made the transition process from our home to the dorm so easy He was professional, QUICK and KIND He answered all of my questions and made sure that my Daughter was settled into her new dorm. This gave me such a sense of ease as a parent.
I would tell anyone that that College Station- Abington is convenient, the grocery store is next door and there is park and walking path right outside the dorm for fresh air, walks and exercise This is awesome since students are pretty much confined under the new normal. The building is clean and the tenants seem mature enough for a college dorm.
